Happy 4th Birthday Nathan!

As most of you know, Nathan was told he was not allowed to turn 4 because he is getting to big. But against my wishes -he went and did it anyway. This is our attempt at a christmas day birthday party for him. We are so blessed to have next door neighbors and friends across the street that come over after all the hustle and bustle of Christmas for one last fest. Our tradition is to have our own Christmas morning as a family, then my Mom and Sister come and we do a big breakfast. After a nap -we head over to my Dad (Roni's family gets together at her Moms for Christmas dinner). Their family has a tradition of singing Happy Birthday to Jesus and after they do that they all sing (like 50 of them) Happy Birthday to Nathan. It makes me cry every time. Nathan has never seen so many people in one room in his life -let alone have them all sing to him. It is so sweet that they do that. Roni made him a birthday cake and everything. Super sweet. Then we head home for a quick birthday party for Nathan. By this time -Ken and I are ready to pass out. But we can't jip the little guy. So we make it happen.
